Education and Admissions

Attorney Bernard received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Duquesne University in 2009, cum laude, with a minor in sociology, earning his undergraduate degree in three years.

He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 2012.  During his time in law school, Attorney Bernard wrote for the Duquesne Criminal Law Journal and participated in the trial advocacy program–which competed in a mock trial tournaments across the country–all while working as a law clerk for two criminal defense attorneys.

Arnold passed the Pennsylvania bar and is licensed to practice law in the following jurisdictions:

-Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Court of Common Pleas, Superior Court, Commonwealth Court, Pennsylvania Supreme Court)

-United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania

-The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit

-United States Immigration Court
